“Ghana’s Electric Dreams” presents a history of the roots and wide-ranging impact of the famed hydroelectric Akosombo Dam, the country’s most ambitious development project. Clark and Miescher will respond to comments from UC San Diego Communication Department Professor Boatema Boateng. The panel discussion will be moderated by UCSB Film and Media Studies Department Professor.
