Bio

I am passionate about fostering an equitable learning space here on campus and have been part of various projects to enhance equitable access to learning tools and promote food security. As an intern for the Committee for Social Justice, (CSJ) I also learned a lot about the inequalities that affect the unhoused population in Santa Barbara. I believe that conducting impactful research and uncovering injustices such as these, is a pivotal step towards equality, starting in our own community. After I graduate, I intend to serve in the Peace Corps for 2 years, hopefully in a youth development program in Peru! I am excited to travel to South America and practice my Spanish.
